What is Virgin Hair? 

Virgin hair unprocessed human hair from a single donor. It is free from chemicals ( bleaches, dyes). 

What is Raw Hair?

Raw Hair is has NOT been altered by chemical or steam processing in any form. Due to its natural state of being completely unprocessed and chemical free, Raw Hair is the most natural, pure, and 100% authentic hair on the market today.

 How many bundles do i need for installation? 

The standard amount for a sew-in requires at least 2 bundles of hair for inches 10”-14”, 3 bundles for 16”-20” inches, 4 bundles for 22”-28” inches, and 4-5 bundles for 30” inches or longer to achieve a fuller look.

How long will my extensions last?

With maintenance and proper care our Virgin and Raw hair extensions can last as long as 2-3 years. 

Are Refunds Available? 

Due to health regulations and the nature of the product, we can not accept returns. All sales are final.

How long is shipping and processing? When will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Processing times are 3-5 business days.

Please allow 5-8 business days for your order to be shipped to you. ( Not all orders, just in case some items are out of stock we like to provide extra days just to be accurate). 

We ship Monday through Friday.

Once Processing is complete and your package has been shipped,  we will send a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout.
